Store your pieces individually in a soft pouch or lined box to protect them from scratches, and avoid prolonged exposure to heat and sunlight, which may affect certain stones.
To clean: gently polish with a soft, microfiber cloth. Refrain from ultrasonic or chemical cleaners on fragile gems. Ensure your jewelry cleaner is safe for gemstones before use.

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days and ship insured within 3 - 5 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it on its journey to you.
We package all jewelry securely in protective boxes/pouches.
We’re not responsible for packages once they’re marked as delivered. We recommend you contact the shipping provider if this occurs.
